SHIPPING POLICY

​All items sold are digital (tickets/admissions or vendor fees). If you do not receive your purchase via email within 24 hours, please contact us and we will fix the situation!!

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be returned. You may, however sell your ticket to someone else. 

Vendor tables cannot be transferred to another vendor without permission from My Dogg Media.
